Enrollment for summer only families for 2024 will open on January 22, 2024.
Fort Atkinson Preschool and Childcare offers summer only enrollment for children ages 2.5 (and potty trained) through age 10. We are open 630 am-530 pm Monday through Friday this summer. We are closed only July 4th for the holiday.
Our same, highly qualified, adult, Bachelor’s prepared and licensed teachers teach during the summer session as during our school year session. Summer session includes not only fun and recreational, but educational experiences. School age children have their own classroom and experiences designed just for them as do our preschool students.
School age children (those entering kindergarten in fall 2024-through age 10) must attend either mini-kindergarten or Fort Atkinson School District Summer School while it is in session. Center staff is available to walk children to and from mini kindergarten/summer school.
School age care for summer of 2024 is $90/week for 3 days per week, $120/week for 4 days per week and $150/week for 5 days per week. If Fort Atkinson School District does not provide summer school/mini-kindergarten or if the public health situation were to change and we would feel it unsafe for children to attend, school age children will be billed $33/full day or $28/half day (less than 5 hours) with a minimum of three half days per week.
Preschool care for children ages 2.5-4 is available for $41/ daywith a minimum of three days.
